DMCA / TRADEMARK SAFE-HARBOR NOTICE & TAKEDOWN POLICY

1. Purpose of This Policy

GZ Industrial Supplies respects the intellectual property rights of all manufacturers, brand owners, creators, and copyright holders.
We fully comply with:

  • U.S. copyright law

  • International trademark guidelines

  • BigCommerce’s Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Policy

2. Product Images and Trademarks

Our websites sell legitimate products sourced from:

  • Authorized distributors

  • International wholesalers

  • OEM manufacturers

  • Global brand partners

We may use:

  • Our own original product photos

  • Supplier-approved images

  • Factually descriptive product names

  • Model numbers and SKUs

We do not intentionally upload unauthorized promotional logos, copyrighted artwork, or branded marketing materials.

If any such content appears on our website unintentionally, we will remove it promptly upon receiving proper notice.

3. Filing a DMCA or Trademark Complaint

  2. The exact URL(s) on our website containing the material

  3. Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or legally authorized agent

  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will respond within 48 hours.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

When a valid DMCA or trademark complaint arrives:

  • The material will be reviewed immediately

  • Content may be removed or disabled

  • We may contact the submitting party for verification

  • We may contact the original uploader or supplier

  • A written confirmation will be sent once the matter is resolved

If content is removed in error, the affected party may submit a counter-notification.

5. Submitting a Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed Mistakenly)

A counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email

  2. Identification of the removed content and its original location

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court governing your address

  5. Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we will:

  • Forward it to the original complainant

  • Restore the content after 10 business days unless the rights holder files legal action

6. Good-Faith Compliance
