Features:

• High Chemical Resistance: C-350 Self Leveling Seelant is resistant to jet fuel, gasoline, kerosene, oil, caustics, most acids, most alkalines, ponding water, pool chemicals, hydrocarbons and more.
• Joint Size: up to 1/2 inch wide with +/- 25% elongation.
• Unique pourable, self-leveling epoxy sealant. Can be applied using a fine spouted jug or bulk sealant dispensing guns.
• Its molasses-like viscosity fills cracks and crevasses and is self-priming.
• Quick curing: About 12 hours @ 80F for return to service.
• Provides a good elongation and is very tough. It will provide a long-term secure barrier to penetration.
• Adheres even to clean damp surfaces without priming.
• Self-priming.
• Paintable.
• Stays flexible yet tough through years of harsh service.
• Withstands attacks from most chemicals, traffic, and severe environments.
• Retains flexibility in subzero conditions.
• Withstands ponding water or continuous submersion.

Applications:

NovaTuff C-350 is a flexible two-part self-leveling flexibly epoxy sealant designed to provide superior long-term protection and waterproofing to properly shaped expansion joints seams, up to 1/2 inch wide with +/- 25% joint movement. It can be used on joints in concrete, asphalt, asphalt-to-concrete, pavement joints, and generally on all types of horzontal surfaces. It's ideal to do quick repairs, for extreme environment applications, chemical containment facilities, and in ponding water situations. NovaTuff C-350 can be applied after mixing by a fine spout can, bulk load caulking guns, air powered sealant dispensers, etc. Mix only enough for immediate use.

Curing Time:

Pot Life - 1 to 1-1/2 hrs @ 80°F

Drying Time/Return Service Time - about 12 hrs @ 80°F, several days @40F

Complete Cure - 7 days @ 80°F
