This Epocoatguard 82 HS (High Build Zinc Primer) is a primer for bare steel on new construction or major repairs projects. Its can also be used as a field maintenance primer over bare steel or steel coated with organic or inorganic zinc primer and epoxy based material. Its can be used as re-conditioned for aged, debuted galvanized steel.
